Day 79

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and will have over 15K steps for today.  When I got off at 5PM today I started my vacation so I can focus on my food tomorrow then both starting Monday. I've got 8.4# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 15.4# to reach my goal of 125. Still should be on track to achieve my goal of 125 by late August to early September. After another gym rest day tomorrow it's Legs and 15 min treadmill either walk or HIIT haven't decided yet. Since I'm off tomorrow I brought my Bang Coffee in from the garage fridge tonight when I got home from church.
