Day 96

All green on Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and will have over 15K steps by the end of the day. Posting early since I work 2:30PM-9:30PM so might miss my headspace session but will finish Mindful Eating course and then just do the daily headspace meditation. I've got 9.2# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 16.2# to reach my goal of 125. Got in a great 750 meter rowing machine row and Chest/Shoulders then 750 meters more to finish up this morning.  Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and 20 min walking laps around the turf.
