Day 71

 All green on Versa but came up 174 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal sitting in a restaurant eating dinner but have over 13K steps today. Still leading the work week hustle challenge I'm in on Fit Bit app with 6hrs 33 min left to go. Got in a great Turf work and Biceps/Triceps workout this afternoon.  I've got 9.2# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 16.2# to go to reach my goal of 125. Really need to get my snacking under control so the losses will be more consistent. Won't know until tomorrow morning my work schedule for next week to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Planning on getting into the gym all 5 days but will do a double workout or two if needed.
