Day 80

Almost all green on  my versa just might miss active minutes but it's still early. Achieved or will have achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps before bedtime. I've got 10.3# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 17.3# to reach my goal of 125.  After a gym rest day again today it's Legs and 15 min treadmill either walk or HIIT haven't decided yet. I'm down though 0.3# from last Monday's Fit Bit weight. Focusing on my food and workouts this week since I'm on vacation. I've been off of drinking protein shakes for post workout and lunch for about 2 months now and I feel great don't even miss them.
