Day 70

All green on my Versa today, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. I'm still leading the workweek hustle challenge I'm in on Fit Bit app with 1 day 8hrs 14min left. Got in a great Turf work/Back and 10 min rowing machine sprints 30 sec on and 30 sec off. Tomorrow's great workout to end the week is Turf Work and Biceps/Triceps no planned cardio since I have turf sprints as a part of my workout. I've got 7.8# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.8# to reach my goal of 125. Still hoping to reach my mini goal by end of July or first of August then my ultimate goal by end of August or by first of September at the latest.
