Day 92

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today.  Got in a great Turf and Biceps/Triceps workout in late this morning.  Great final workout for the week today and next week is the final week of this training month so will get some new workouts on August 5th. I'm 6.6# from reaching my mini goal of 132 and 13.6# from my goal of 125 so still on track to be at mini goal by middle of August and my goal by September. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime later today or tomorrow to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Hoping for all 5 days again this week but will be happy with 4 days and getting in a double workout if needed.
