23 Weeks out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Marcos were good today goals were 90 P and I was over 0.4, 70 C and I was under 40.8 and 35 F and I was under 5.9. Will be more consistent with my numbers tomorrow. Last night's SpO2 was 93%. Still undecided if I want to order a couple tubs of Core ZZZ's and use half a scoop to stretch them out a little longer.  Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and have my meds ready for the week. This week's training plan is Legs/Glutes on Monday after dinner, Back/Biceps on Tuesday after breakfast, Shoulders/Triceps on Wed after dinner, Legs/Glutes on Thursday after dinner and Arms/Lite Delts on Friday after dinner.
