20 Weeks, 6 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 90 and I was under 7.7 grams, C goal was 70 and I was under 11.1 grams and F goal was 35 and I was under 11.5 grams. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and ZZZ's are ready and I'm drinking them now. This week's training plan is Monday truck unload in the morning, Tuesday Back/Biceps after my hair appointment, Wed truck unload, Thursday Legs/Glutes after dinner, and Friday Arms/Lite Delts after dinner. Last night's SpO2 was 92%.
