Day 100

Almost all green just going to miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps. Plan for the week is to get into the gym all 5 days since the schedule was published earlier today.  I've got 7.1# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.1# to go to reach my goal of 125. My back is feeling a little better but I took my Icy/Hot patch off as it got messed up so put some Bio-Freeze on it instead. Think I might stick with tracking my workouts using my notebook. My Fit Bit Flyers should be here on Thursday so will charge them when I get home from work overnight then get them all set up to use on Friday.
