Day 99

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps. Change in plan today as I tweeked my back unloading the truck instead of my workout as planned I used the foam roller and stretched a bunch. Picked up my notebook and Friday's workout for August is a full body workout.  I've got 7.5# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.5# to reach my goal of 125. On track to reach my mini goal by mid August and my ultimate goal by first of September. Won't know until sometime tomorrow my work schedule for next week to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Hoping for 5 days but will take 4 days with a double workout or two if needed.
