Day 107

Almost all green on my Versa just going to miss active minutes and came up 4 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal sitting in church tonight but have over 15K steps for today. After another gym rest day it's back into the gym on Monday for Legs and 15-20 min cardio of choice.  Plan is to get into the gym all 5 days this week even if it's a modified legs workout on Wednesday.
