Day 108

Almost all green on my Versa just will miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and 15-20 min cardio of choice. Plan right now is to still get into the gym for either my full Legs workout or a modified one but will see after my appointment if the doctor lets me. Slipped up the last couple of days but hoping to be back on track in the morning and start losing again.
