Day 36 of 40-40 Challenge complete. Choosing to watch Royals VS Twins Baseball instead of Chicago Wednesday since the President is going to speak at 8PM and I'd rather not listen to him so will watch my shows tomorrow afternoon. Morning supplements are in the red funnel ready for tomorrow morning and nighttime routine supplements are in the blue funnel are ready for as soon as I post this and log off the computer.
