I'm grateful for an amazing manager who bought us lunch today and even have enough of each kind for her and I to have lunch tomorrow too.

 I'm grateful to have been off today when I'm sure the store was extra busy with it being not only a Saturday but also Little Balkans Festival going on at the park. Got my meds ready for the week and my  meds, supplements and vitamin packet ready for tomorrow. I've already gotten my Starbuck's run order ready to go in my favorites and will see if Lisa and Shanin want to do this once a month then Monday I know what I'm getting for Tiff and myself and will see if she wants to do this once a month.

 I'm grateful for a Saturday off which doesn't happen to often. Think on Tuesday of next week I'll raise my steps goal to 13K to slowly get my steps back to 15K per day.

 I'm grateful on Thankful Thursday that Jackie challenged me to raise my steps goal from 11K to 12K and so far since Tuesday I've reached that goal. Might raise my goal next Tuesday to 13K to be at 15K by November 1st. I've got my nighttime drink ready inside my gains funnel and will get my water here about 7PM to drink it. My 1% Better for today was watching the InPHORMed call with Tim and Aaron about Finding and Helping New People. I just have to publish this then finish my water and steps before sending everything to my accountability buddy Jess and after that my Power List will be complete or it will be a WIN for today.

 Got in a great workout this morning and finished reading Roar on my Kindle app so started reading Mind your Mindset. Almost have my power list complete just have to watch yesterday's InPHORMed call recording and still need to text Jess once I finish my app home page.

 Sent my assessment in to Jackie this morning and she is challenging me to up my steps goal to 12K so I changed that tonight when I got home. Got to attend this weeks team zoom call on a Tuesday night I'll miss Friday's mindset call this week but will watch the recording as soon as it happens then gets posted by either Josh or Preston AKA Night Hawk. Maybe tomorrow I'll watch last Friday's recording of the team mindset call.

 Today I decided to add something to my power list it's a task called make myself 1% better today than I was yesterday. Think I'll watch a video on the connect app to make myself 1% better I'll ask Jackie for suggestions as well of things I can do to make myself 1% better. Shortly going to get in my Pliability Total Body Short Routine then go get my nighttime drink. Might even ask my buddy Jess for suggestions as well.

 Didn't get as much done today as I would've liked but we were busy and even my backup cashier Kenzie didn't get much freight pushed either. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to finish the blue cart of candy that Lisa brought me to work on this morning at 9:30AM.

 Got all of my weekly posts for FB All In group ready just have to schedule them so that will be done shortly. Think shortly as well I'll pre-plan my week so I don't have to worry about it this weekend. Got quite a bit done today getting my freight out all that was priced except for a blue cart of cookies and 2 and a half blue carts of chips. Not sure where they are going Lisa will work on that tomorrow. Just checked and Starbucks doesn't have their Pumpkin Spice yet and don't think that 7 Brew does either. I'll check 7 Brew on Sunday before work and wait until the first of September to get Starbucks for myself and treat Lisa on a Sunday and might ask Shanin too and see if she wants something or a Pumpkin drink.

 Ended up getting a call this morning and went to work today. I'm going to go in tomorrow too and work for a gal that had some family stuff come up last minute.

 Got in a fab gym workout this morning I used the cable machines instead of just the band alone and will do that for my 2-3 gym days a week. Tomorrow's workout is Legs and Core but will use mostly my band except for a few moves where it will be body weight only.

 I'm grateful that I got to attend the team huddle call for today and will get on Friday's mindset call. Watching AGT and it's the live shows so that means America gets to decide who goes through with our votes. I'm off until Saturday that is unless a cashier calls in sick then Lisa or Tiff will call me.

 This week's non-negotiables are 1. Get in my workout today and tomorrow after dinner and Wed-Friday in the gym and home before noon. 2. Get in at least 100+OZ of Water and 3. Get in at least 11K Steps.  3W's What I did well? Got in all but 24oz of water before leaving work. What I can improve? Getting in more steps between customers. WIN: Listened to a great Live Stream recording. I'm grateful that Jackie challenged us to write down 3 non-negotiables last Thursday in the announcement and I decided to go that again today for the week and start back the 3 W's not sure if I want to do them daily or weekly will decide by this time tomorrow evening.

I'm grateful for a busy but good night at work. Got in most all of my 11K steps before coming home just had a few hundred steps left.

 I'm grateful I was able to get in my 45 min walk this morning and Pliability this afternoon after Mass. Shortly going to go and get my reds and greens put in my funnel and then go get my meds to get them ready for the week. I've got my reds, greens and magnesium ready for tomorrow in my other funnel which is in my lunch box at work already.

 3 non-negotiables for the rest of the week. 1. Get in 10K Steps. 2. Hit protein & calories 3. Get in at least 100+OZ of water. My advisor Jackie challenged us to write down 3 non-negotiables for the week. I'm grateful I got in a great shoulders/arms workout this morning. Got my power list almost all done and had it about done by noon. Just got to finish this and then sent my macros for the day to my accountability buddy Jess. Since I'm working evening shift on Sunday I'll get my Reds, Greens and Magnesium ready tonight for Sunday and leave my lunchbox in the breakroom tomorrow when I get off at 3.

 I'm grateful I got most of my power list done before noon today. Tomorrow I plan on starting laundry with my sheets before heading to the gym then finish cleaning and laundry after I get back from my workout. Tomorrow's workout is Shoulders/Arms, 1 mile walk, Core work and Pliability short routine in the gym.

 I'm grateful to have gotten in a great workout this morning. The other day I found a bunch of workouts from Jillian Michaels that I could possibly do at home or in the gym. Might take them and do one tomorrow and Friday morning. Checked the box of the workouts and am missing circuit one but that's OK I have 8 others to use.

 I'm grateful I got my order today and can't wait to try my home made Intra Workout of 1 scoop of L-Carnitine, 1 scoop of Phormula-1 Clear Watermelon and 1 packet of Watermelon Salt LMNT in the morning. Also can't wait to add Mega Watt Orange Sunrise to my morning hydration drink. As of now I'm getting 5 days next week and 34 hours but that could change between now and Friday when the schedule is finalized.

 I'm grateful I got in my workout and pliability this evening after work. Didn't feel like doing much of anything after work but managed to get my workout in. Grateful to have gotten to work this morning before the rain hit and glad to have gotten home before it started to rain hard again.

 I'm grateful that I'm a few days from getting my order of Level-1, Phormula-1 Clear, Mega Watt, L-Carnitine and Collagen plus I get a free t-shirt. Watching Big Brother then will watch AGT until bedtime. Getting ready in a few to get in Pliability short routine.

I'm grateful the plumbers came as I was getting ready to leave work today. Hopefully the plumbing will be fixed in the morning. Today on lunch I had to walk over to Applebee's to use their bathroom.

 I'm grateful I was able to substitute some DB work for the bands when the bands in the gym weren't very good so will put one of mine in my bag for next time. Getting ready to settle in and watch Big Brother Unlocked first then after the show is over I'll switch to either Royals Baseball or Cardinals Baseball haven't decided which game I'll watch just yet. I work tomorrow, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday then I'm off Wed-Fri and work next Saturday as well. I'm getting 4 days but that's OK cause I'm getting 32 hours.

 I'm grateful that I got to push freight today instead of just be on the register. Didn't get as much out as I wanted but that's OK. I'm off tomorrow and plan on getting into the gym for a great workout. Didn't want to but got my Resistance Band Workout and Pliability Short Routine in but did anyways.

 I'm grateful to have my room put back together. So far I am getting 32.5 hrs next week but hoping to get another day but if not that's OK I'm still getting over 30 hours. I'm going to wait until Friday before I write my schedule for next week down in my planner and get it put in the calendar apps. Got in my resistance band workout and pliability short routine in later than normal since I missed the gym today but will get in a workout on Friday. Got all of my supplements I had under my desk in a cabinet out of site.

 I'm grateful that I'm only getting 8 pallets of food this week instead of 15 or more like I did the last 2 trucks. I'm also grateful for a great bunch of co-workers who work food while I'm on the register or on my days off. What started out as a quick project that mom and I were working on while dad was gone either camping or on vacation in Colorado with uncle Jon turned into a huge project since I needed a new dresser and a new night table.

 I'm grateful to have gotten in my workout tonight and pliability short routine. Completed Phase 1 of the Live Hard program yesterday and have to wait 30 days to start Phase 2.

I'm grateful my numbers work for returns and line item deletes. Now I just need the managers for a return witness.

 Got some cleaning and organizing done this morning. Still have a lot more work to do maybe in a week or two I'll get back to it. Got my good Opti-Greens and Opti-Reds reorder yesterday and got them into the glass containers so now I have them again. I have been using some cheaper stuff from Wal-Mart and Walgreens mostly Walgreens.

 I'm grateful for a fun evening with all of the kids on my dad's side. We celebrated a birthday party for two little boys.
