 This week's non-negotiables are 1. Get in my workout today and tomorrow after dinner and Wed-Friday in the gym and home before noon. 2. Get in at least 100+OZ of Water and 3. Get in at least 11K Steps. 

3W's What I did well? Got in all but 24oz of water before leaving work. What I can improve? Getting in more steps between customers. WIN: Listened to a great Live Stream recording.

I'm grateful that Jackie challenged us to write down 3 non-negotiables last Thursday in the announcement and I decided to go that again today for the week and start back the 3 W's not sure if I want to do them daily or weekly will decide by this time tomorrow evening.
