3 non-negotiables for the rest of the week. 1. Get in 10K Steps. 2. Hit protein & calories 3. Get in at least 100+OZ of water. My advisor Jackie challenged us to write down 3 non-negotiables for the week.
I'm grateful I got in a great shoulders/arms workout this morning. Got my power list almost all done and had it about done by noon. Just got to finish this and then sent my macros for the day to my accountability buddy Jess. Since I'm working evening shift on Sunday I'll get my Reds, Greens and Magnesium ready tonight for Sunday and leave my lunchbox in the breakroom tomorrow when I get off at 3.
