While I'm not a runner I did jog for a total of 3.5 minutes of the 30 minutes I went for my Treadmill Sprints workout this morning. I jogged for 1.5 minutes first then decided at minute 28 to run for the remainder of the time. Missed my daily calm and daily trip yesterday so this is the first week where I'll have only 6 out of 7 days. Work tomorrow, Sunday and Monday then off Tuesday and work Wednesday and Thursday then off Friday and Saturday next week. Plan is to do my lift on Tuesday and a 20 minute Treadmill Sprint, Wednesday walk at home, Thursday normal lift and 20 min Treadmill Sprints and Friday 30 minute treadmill sprints this next week my run will be at 4.0 instead of 3.5.
