Friday Sept 12, 2025

 Got in a great Biceps/Triceps workout after dinner and now trying to watch on my TV Local High school football but it keeps buffering on me so might just give up on watching it on TV and watch it on my computer instead. Well even on my computer the video is still buffering I think it's either the location of the game with the Wi-Fi or just spotty service all around in the area where the game is being played.

 Got in my 2,200 step ups this evening after dinner. My nighttime drink mix is ready for a few minutes and my morning drink mix is ready for tomorrow morning. Tomorrow I'll get in a workout after dinner and while my laundry is in the washer.

Wednesday Sept 10, 2025

 Great workout this morning I did Chest/Back workout in the gym and used one of the adjustable bench that can both be an incline bench or a flat bench. Doing both incline work and flat bench work on one bench I didn't have to clean but one bench when I was done. Got in my core work and 1 mile walk as usual and also did Pliability Total Back Short Routine. Tomorrow's 9-11 workout is 20 sets of 110 step ups for a total of 2200 step ups in honor of those who were killed in the attacks on September 11, 2001. These will be done tomorrow evening after dinner and before my shower.

Tuesday September 9, 2025

 Last few days I've been preparing my reds, greens and magnesium ahead of time and thought I'd prep my morning drink powders for tomorrow my Mega Watt, L-Carnitine and Creatine in my gains funnel. My nighttime drink seems to go down into the botte more smoothly being in the funnel for a little bit but will try having everything in my funnel in the morning. It will be faster as well by having it prepped the night before.

 I'm grateful for the hours that I got this week when so many others have way less or no hours at all. I just wish someone at corporate would get their heads out of their butts and realize that stores can't run on the hours that they give us to divide them up between the stocking/truck team and the cashiers.

Sunday September 7th 2025

I'm grateful to be able to be flexible with my weigh ins. Completed my Q3 Challenge this morning and will begin another 8 week challenge I think it's a Q4 challenge but not sure will find out in the morning.

 Getting my steps in for the day and think my healthy habit focus for this practice week for the 5% Seasonal Challenge on MFP will be running the play (hitting calories and protein goals, getting in my steps and drinking 100+OZ of Water.) These are things I need to get back to doing along with getting in a workout no matter how late it is and getting in my pliability short routines in.

 Got in a 5K this morning wasn't a PR but that's OK cause I got it done. Weather is perfect tonight but a little rainy for Highschool Football this evening but if the game is delayed in anyway due to weather then I'll watch the Chiefs Chargers game on YouTube after BB Unlocked is over I'll cast the football game to my TV.

 I'm grateful I was able to join the InPHORMED call for a little bit during lunch today. I was planning on getting in a lift tomorrow but was challenged by Jackie to get in a Virtual 5K this weekend so getting that done tomorrow morning in the gym.

 I'm grateful for the news that I've been promoted yet again this time to a department supervisor so I'm over the grocery/candy/HBA departments. I also got my reorder of reds, greens, micro factor and full-mega today will re-fill my jars of reds and greens tomorrow evening.

 I got into the gym for a great legs/core workout this morning. Got to the gym and back with time to spare before the InPHORMed call at noon and tonight's team huddle call. Might have to try and get on Thursday's InPHORMed call even if it's just for 30 minutes or less to check out the announcement that will be made.

 I'm grateful that I was able to get another day this week. I'll still get 2 gym workouts this week.
