 Getting my steps in for the day and think my healthy habit focus for this practice week for the 5% Seasonal Challenge on MFP will be running the play (hitting calories and protein goals, getting in my steps and drinking 100+OZ of Water.) These are things I need to get back to doing along with getting in a workout no matter how late it is and getting in my pliability short routines in.
