 Today I'm grateful to have been off so I could get my nighttime routine the same as it was before I started working. Got in a great Full Body workout in this morning in the gym. My day off nighttime routine is teeth brushed and face washed by 6:30 then Reds, Greens, Magnesium and Multi Fiber by 7PM to keep in routine for the evenings I work. My nighttime routine for the days I work evenings is Reds, Greens, Magnesium and Multi Fiber at 7PM then Teeth brush and Face Wash by 10PM to be in bed before or by 10:30. Tomorrow I work 1PM-9PM so will do my work day nighttime routine. Plan is to get in 30-45 min walk in the gym. Hoping to have my steps goal and other goals tomorrow before bed since I barely reached my steps goal of 15K and activity calories burned of 500 before bed.
