Day 128

Writing early so unsure if I'll go all green today might just miss active minutes but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps. Plan for the week is to get into the gym Monday and Tuesday afternoon then Wed-Friday morning so that's all 5 days this week. Unsure as of now what I'm training on each day yet but hope to know by Monday. I'm still leading the Workweek Hustle challenge and waiting for 1 tracker to sync. 20 minutes left for this person to sync their tracker.  I'm in second place on the weekend warrior challenge with 1 day 14hrs left. Might not win this one but that's OK it's all for fun anyways. I've got 8.2# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 15.2# to go to reach my goal of 125. I'm down 0.6# from Monday's weigh in so should be OK just need to watch my snacking today and tomorrow before Monday's weigh in.

Day 127

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today.  Great Full-Body Friday workout to close out the August training month. Eager to see what my trainer has planned for me for the month of September.  Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow to plan my workout times of day and number of days. I've got 9.1# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 16.1# to go to reach my goal of 125. I'm leading the Workweek Hustle challenge by more than 33K steps with7hrs 25min left. Beginning a weekend warrior challenge in 9hrs so lets see if I can win the workweek challenge and the weekend one too.  Got my new wallet case before I left for work yesterday as the UPS driver came as I was getting ready to leave. My vitamins came after I went to work so was 1 day without them. 

Day 126

Writing early so unsure if I'll go all green might miss active minutes but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Chest/Shoulders/Triceps and 20 min walk on the turf. Tomorrow's workout plan is Full-Body Friday.  I've got 8.2# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 15.2# to go to reach my goal of 125. Won't know my work schedule until sometime tomorrow or Saturday at the latest to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Won't have my new workouts until possible this weekend since they are being e-mailed to me.

Day 125

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great modified due to a sore back Legs and no planned cardio. Tomorrow's workout plan is Chest/Shoulders/Triceps and 20 min walk on the turf. Went to The UPS store this morning and did an easy amazon return and also one for work since the delivery driver doesn't need a signature anymore so it's in and out so it's just easier to take those packages across the street to the UPS store. I should get my new phone case and also my vitamins tomorrow and on Tuesday my GNC pro box should come. I'll go through my pro box and see what I'll use and take to the gym the rest to see if someone can use it. I've got 9.7# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 16.7# to go to reach my goal of 125. I am way ahead of the Workweek Hustle challenge on my fitbit app by almost 19K steps with 2 days 7hrs 28min left. 

Day 124

Unsure if I'll go all green on my Versa but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Writing early since I work 3PM-9:30PM tonight and will more than likely shut my computer down when I get home. Got in a great modified Back/Biceps and 10 min stair master HIIT. Had to modify since my back is still a little sore.  Ordered a new phone case from Amazon on Sunday and it came today but I ordered the wrong size to returing this one and ordered another one which should be here on Thursday.  This is what I get for ordering stuff from Amazon via mobile app instead of the website on my computer.  Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and no planned cardio.

Day 123

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today.  I'm currently leading the Workweek Hustle on Fitbit App.  Got in a great Legs and 15 min treadmill HIIT. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back/Biceps and 10 min stair master HIIT. I've got 8.8# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 15.8# to go to reach my goal of 125.  Think I'm going to try Colgate Wisp on evenings when I can't brush my teeth by 6PM to try and curb my evening snacking. Wrote my workouts down to track each day for this week and will write them for September after I get my new workouts. 

Day 122

All green on my Versa, came 1 step shy of achieving my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. After another gym rest day today it's legs and 15-20min cardio of choice.  I've got to get my snacking under control as I'm gaining again. I've got 10.9# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 17.9# to go to reach my goal of 125.  Versa battery is at 69% so will probably go ahead and charge it tonight since I didn't charge all the way to 100% on Friday night.
