Got in a great leg workout this afternoon. Went to the doctor and she looked at my varicose veins and gave me a scrip for support stockings and I should've bought another pair.

  Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 41 calories left, P goal was 160 and I had 4 grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 5 grams left and F goal was 52 and I had 1 gram left. Great Day 217/305 mile a day, Traditional Bodybuilding W1/D1: Chest/Arms + Core Challenge W1/D2: HIIT and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid   Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1 st Phorm app.   Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the 1 st Phorm app. Training plan Day 218/305 mile a day before breakfast, 12 Week Foundations of Training W8/D3: Modified Strength/Conditioning + Core Challenge W1/D3: Core modified after breakfast and 60 min walk at work.    I AM: I have a healthy relationship with my body.

Saturday 4/29/23

 Closed all hearts on my Samsung Active 4 and have well over 12K steps. Calorie goal was 1645 and I had 49 calories left, P goal was 175 and I was 34 grams over, C goal was 90 and I was on target and F goal was 65 and I had 15 grams left. Great Day 60/305 mile a day and Active Recovery Day. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside the 1st Phorm app. Meds and Supplements are ready for the week and Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 61/305 mile a day in the morning.
