 Completed Day 4 of 7 on Step Marathon Week 4 of 8. Completed another day of 1 mile a day again I lost track so will start fresh with count tomorrow. I'm one week from starting New Year's Step Spectacular on Step Bet app. I'm back to needing power days for 8 weeks beginning next Thursday. Signed in to my Amazon Prime account on my TV so I can watch the game or part of it tonight. Don't have Netflix so couldn't watch the first 2 games of the day but get to watch Chiefs VS Broncos tonight. Missed my blog last night since I shut my computer down around 3PM since I spent all evening with family and had a blast with the kids.

 Completed Day 2 of 7 on Step Marathon Week 4 of 8. Completed another day of 1 mile a day and Pliability in the gym this morning. Joined Playbook app and Johnyee Storey Fitness to start at home workouts and join the New Year's Challenge which sign ups start Dec 29th so next Monday. I'll be getting in one of her at home DB workouts on Thursday and Friday afternoon since I'm working on Friday and not off like originally planned. 

 Completed Day 1 of 7 on Step Marathon Week 4 of 8. Completed another day of 1 mile a day and pliability this evening.

 Missed step goal yesterday but 395 steps so I'm out of the running for the Step Marathon Challenge inside the Step Bet app. Got my mile in yesterday as usual. I'm determined to finish out this challenge as I'm on week 3 of 8. I'll have to find another one to do once this one is over. Just joined a New Year's Step Spectacular which Starts Jan 1 and ends on Feb 25. 

 Completed Day 5 of 7 on Step Marathon Week 3 of 8. Completed Day 5 of 1 mile a day and Pliability Short Routine. After I get my laundry put away I'll paint my nails for Christmas tomorrow then may be redo them on Tuesday afternoon before Christmas Eve.

 Completed Day 4 of 7 on Step Marathon Week 3 of 8. Completed Day 4 of 1 mile a day and Pliability Short Routine. Decided to download TikTok again might not post on it but may or may not watch reels and post from time to time. 

 Completed Day 3 of 7 on Step Marathon Week 3 of 8. Day 3 of 1 mile a day complete. Got in a great 21-15-9 Lower Body workout at home and Pliability Total Back Short Routine. 

 Completed Day 2 of 7 on Step Marathon Week 3 of 8. Yesterday I restarted my 1 mile a day challenge and today is day 2. Got into the gym this morning for a great Back workout, 1 mile walk, core work and Pliability Lower Body Short Routine. Getting ready to watch The Voice with the pre-show first before the live finale starts. 

 Completed Day 1 of 7 on Step Marathon Week 3 of 8. Got into the gym this morning and got a great leg day workout. Stopped at Wal-Mart and bought a new planner for 2026 which I started using today. Glad I thought of the idea to go to Carthage to see the Christmas lights at the Catholic church. Tomorrow's workout is an upper body day then will decide Wed and Thurs if I want to modify my Team Jax workout or do 21-15-9 lower body one day and 21-15-9 upper body the next day to get in 4 ST workouts this week. 

Completed Week 2 of 8 on Step Marathon Step Bet Challenge. Completed another 1 mile a day. Lost count so will start again first of 2026. Planned on blogging before work but forgot so decided to get it done now. 

 Completed Day 6 of 7 on Step Marathon Week 2 of 8. Lost track of days for 1 mile a day so will start fresh on January 1st with walking 1 mile a day. Meds and Full-Mega and GDA are ready for the week and Meds, GDA, Full-Mega and Micro Factor are ready for tomorrow. 

 Completed Active Day 5 of 7 on Step Marathon Week 2 of 8. Completed another day of 1 mile a day and Pliability Short Routine. Lost count of the mile a day so will start with day 1 on Jan 1st. Think I figured out how to make MFP behave with my daily posts by using paste as plain text instead of just paste. Tried it with Google Documents and will try it with Word on a FB post here shortly.

 Completed Day 4 of 7 on Step Marathon Week 2 of 8. Completed another day of 1 mile walk and Pliability Short Routine. Watching animated Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. 

 Completed Active day 3 of 7 on Step Marathon Week 2 of 8. Completed another day of 1 mile a day and Pliability. Didn't get into the gym this morning as planned but still did an at home workout. Went to Joplin this afternoon then attempted to go to Carthage to see their drive through Christmas Light display but they didn't open until 6PM so we came back through Pitt and looked at the lights by the Hospital and Quincy.

 Completed Day 2 of 7 on Step Marathon Week 2 of 8. Completed another day of 1 mile a day and Pliability short routine. Completed my steps goal by 7PM and now my watch can fully charge it's at 51%. Got into the gym this morning and forgot to put my towels in my backpack for wiping off the machines. About a month ago or so Aaron and Johnyee changed out the paper towel holders for shelves to put towels on theirs are microfiber and of course I forgot I had a green one in my bag that I've had for a while. I've put my Zumba towels in my bag and still have my green one so I can use my own and not have to worry about putting theirs into the basket by the door.

Need to get back to doing some form of ST at least 3 days a week an extra day including Tuesday and Wed in the gym as long as the roads are good and weather holds to just cold and nothing else.

 Completed Day 3 of 7 on Step Marathon week 1 of 6. Completed another day of 1 mile a day and Pliability. Hit step goal before 7PM pretty good considering I was in a car for 4 hrs total driving to KC and home. Watching the lighting of the Christmas Tree in Rockefeller Center on NBC. 

 Completed Day 2 of 7 of week 1 of 6 on Step Marathon. Completed yet another day of 1 mile a day and Pliability Short Routine complete. Watching some of the Joplin Christmas Parade before watching Dancing with the Stars Holiday and then CMA Country Christmas. Later in the week I'll post my Search for Impact week 8 for MFP 5% Seasonal Challenge. 

 Completed Day 1 of 7 on Step Marathon on Step Bet Challenge. Another day of 1 mile a day and Pliability completed. Got my Christmas in a Cup and other stuff I ordered today so excited to try it in the morning. Watching a Live Episode of CTI on Real AF Podcast with Andy and DJ. 

 Completed week 6 of 6 on Step Bet Flannel & Footsteps challenge. Tomorrow, I begin Step Marathon inside Step Bet App. Completed yet another day of 1 mile a day and Pliability Short Routine. 

 Completed Week 6 of 6 on Step Bet Flannel & Footsteps challenge. Tomorrow I'll get my steps in as usual to reach my goal then begin Step Marathon on Monday. Another day of 1 mile a day and Pliability Short Routine done. Before Church I got my meds and Full-Mega and GDA ready for the week and for tomorrow as well. Shortly going to get my Mega Watt, Creatine, L-Carnitine and Micro Factor Powder ready to go for in the morning. Already have my Reds, Greens and Magnesium in the funnel ready for a little bit. Some nights I might write more than other nights it will depend on my mood. I've been watching different College Football games on TV all day ending the night with Bama VS Auburn.

 Completed Active Day 2 of 4 since Step Bet counted way more steps on Tuesday than I actually had. But with it being week 6 of 6 I'm not going to let customer service know. I saw a notice on my BC team's chat thread that another team is looking for a co-leader so I sent a message to admin that I was interested since I feel under appreciated by the other leaders of my current team. Both have had life get in the way this round and I offered to help but got no reply from either of them and I have to remind them both to go on to the new chat threads for each round to post their intro especially the captain so I can get mine posted. I don't feel right posting an intro until the captain has done so.

Lost the tube that I had my GDA in somewhere between work and home but I found another pill bottle that I can put them in and dry scoop tomorrow before coming home.

Work was busy today and I finished my last dose of the antibiotic I was on for my sinus infection. Loving this new humidifier that I bought the other night. I filled it up around 6PM Friday and turned it off at 6AM yesterday still had a little more than half full of water. Might add a little bit more water to it here shortly.

Went to the Express Care Walk-In clinic and have a sinus infection so have some antibiotics and pearls for coughing. Was worried about how the antibiotic would affect me so took it early this afternoon and feel fine so it's a different one than I got sick on a few years back.

 Completed Week 4 of 6 on Step Bet Challenge. Completed another day of 1 mile a day and Pliability short routine. Maybe one of these days I'll do a full routine from inside the Pliability app instead of the short routines that I always do. Tested out having my GDA inside a travel size Tylenol pill bottle to in a way dry scoop it without the scoop before going out to dinner tonight. It worked OK so might do that instead of dry scooping it since as of right now I can't swallow the capsule or at least don't want to try. Morning drink powders all mixed up in my Gains funnel to make it easier to just pour in to my water bottle in the morning and drink lots faster.

 Completed almost week 4 of 6 on Step Bet challenge. Thursday night went to a Girls Middle School Basketball game and had a great time. Yesterday didn't do much after work other than laundry which is what I do ever Friday. Went to church tonight and got the new 2026 calendar that they had sitting out for us. Think I'll be on vocal rest until tomorrow then talk as little as possible to the customers both tomorrow and Monday then see how I feel and everything on Tuesday.

Work Monday was busy but I did get a chance to attempt to get the rest of my blue cart of food priced and pushed. Yesterday had an eye appointment then went to take flags to the cemeteries for Veterans Day. All was good at the eye dr and nothing will be changed this year. Had a Retinal Scan just to be sure that my eyes were still OK and no eye disease will sneak up on me since we check it every year. There's a family history of Glaucoma and other eye diseases, so I get it checked every year when I have my eye appointment. Need to get back to doing this and writing in my paper journal daily again.

Yesterday I completed Week 2 of 6 on Step Bet Challenge. Today I completed Active Day 1 of 4 on Step Bet Challenge week 3 of 6. Days 35 and 36 of 1 mile a day. Tried to swallow my COQ10 this morning but couldn't get it down so kinda scared to try the GDA tomorrow might try to open the capsule and put the powder on my tongue to kinda dry scoop it.

Day 34 of 1 mile a day and pliability short routine complete after church. Completed Active Day 4 of 4 on Step Bet Week 2 of 6.

Achieved both Power Days yesterday and today on Step Bet Week 2 of 6. Days 30 and 31 of 1 mile a day complete this morning. Feeling a lot better but still feels like something is stuck in my throat. 

Completed Active Day 1 of 4 on Step Bet Challenge week 2 of 6. Day 29 of 1 mile a day complete after dinner. Came down with a sinus cold last Friday so may take tomorrow out of the gym to rest and try to kick this cold sooner.

Friday I completed my usual stuff but yesterday I didn't reach but one of my 3 goals as I didn't and still don't feel good. This sinus cold is kicking my butt and I'm over not being able to swallow which is something I've never experienced before. Today completed both Active Days to finish week 6 of 6 and practice week.

Decided to walk 1 mile a day no matter what. I decided this on Sept 27th and have done 1 mile a day for 13 days. Didn't want to tonight but got my walk in anyway. Letting my watch charge while I blog, do my mind dump and read 10 pages. Completed Week 4 of 6 on Step Bet Challenge by getting in Active Day 4 of 4 on Step Bet Week 4 of 6. 

Completed Active Day 3 of 4 on Step Bet Week 4 of 6. Watching YouTube and a high school football game. Waiting for my watch to charge a bit more before bedtime. Day 12 of 95 1 mile a day completed. Morning energy/hydration mix is ready for tomorrow.

Completed Power Day 2 of 2 on Step Bet Week 4 of 6. Completed 25 rounds in 33 min of the Blake Snyder Memorial Workout this morning. This morning early I went and had my well overdue fasted labs drawn. Nighttime drink powder is ready for a few minutes and Morning hydration/energy drink mix is ready for tomorrow morning. 

Achieved Power Day 1 of 2 on Step Bet Challenge Week 4 of 6. Got in a good workout without pain so think I'm good to lift tomorrow but will do a virtual memorial workout for a STL police officer named Blake Snyder since I can't get it in on Saturday when the Pham is doing it at HQ. 

Achieved Active Day 2 of 4 on Step Bet Challenge Week 4 of 6. I've got 2 more active days and 2 power days this week to complete week 4. Trying to decide if I want to get in my Chest/Back workout with lighter weights or get in another 30-45 min walk. Watching The Voice on NBC another night of Blind Auditions. Once again writing from my tablet as I ran out of computer time before shut down deadline. 

Got a text from Shanin to see if I'd work for her tomorrow and she'd work for me Wed. Completed Active Day 1 of 4 on Step Bet Challenge Week 4 of 6. Writing from my tablet as I ran out of time on my computer before shut down time that is. Might give my lower back/tailbone area another couple of days rest then try a light lift later in the week.

Got in my mile walk and Pliability in before work so I didn't have to mess with it tonight. Completed Week 3 of 6 on Step Bet Challenge. 

Got my mile walk and pliability in after church tonight.  Got to get better at reaching my steps goal before 8PM. Tonight trying to get my 14,100 steps in before my watch dies, Plan us to achieve active day 4 of 4 on step bet challenge week 3 of 6.

 Completed or will by bedtime Active Day 3 of 4 on Step Bet Week 3 of 6. Did once again a sub 19 minute mile walking in place while watching TV. Back/Tailbone is feeling a little better was able to walk a sub 19 minute mile without pain. Watching a High School Football game streaming on YouTube but watching it on my TV via the YouTube app.  

 Got in a 30 min walk this morning and did 1.42 miles. Almost completed Active Day 3 of 4 but trying to hit Power Day 2 of 2 on Step Bet Week 3 of 6. Tomorrow I'll get in my mile walk after dinner and while my laundry is going. 

Completed Active Day 2 of 4 on Step Bet Challenge week 3 of 6. My restock of my gut health supplements got here today. Ran out of computer time so writing from my tablet again.

 Reached Active Day 2 of 4 Step Bet Week 3 of 6. I'm shooting though for my first Power day of the week. I finish Phase 2 of the Live Hard Program today and probably have to wait 30 days to start Phase 3 so will change progress photo to computer off by 7PM on my power list. Since the progress photo is a task inside the Live Hard Program. 

Got my new Tablet and am writing on it now as time ran out on my computer time so writing here. Got in a slower walk than normal tonight but wanted to play on my tablet. Getting a new case for it probably on Wednesday. Have Zoom set up so can join Team Dark Horse call tomorrow evening. Haven't gotten the Legionnaire Connect app yet but will later.

 Got in Day 2 of 95 1 mile a day and did it today in 17 min 53 sec while watching Chiefs Ravens on CBS. Also got in day 7 of 7 Pliability Short Routines for the week. Really didn't want to get my mile in or my Pliability but did anyways. I'm starting to post to Team Jax on Instagram Chat when I get my mile in for not only Jackie but the entire team to keep me accountable.

 I've been lax about getting in my 1 mile a day so starting today for the next 95 days I'll get in a mile a day. Today's mile was done during Collage Game Day on ESPN and I got in an 18 minute mile. I've been getting in a mile when I go to the gym but the other 5 days I haven't been as good so that changed starting today. 

 Got an e-mail about 10AM that my Tablet has shipped and now to watch for an estimated delivery date to my local US Cellular store so I know when I'm expected to get a phone call from them so I can go pick it up and start using it that evening. Getting ready to watch Highschool Football on YouTube. I decided since I couldn't remember a few passwords for my Google account, my Meta accounts and my X formerly known as Twitter account I changed them this afternoon so now they are all the same so it's easy to remember when I sign in to my accounts on my new Galaxy Tab A9 Plus once it arrives.

 Got in a great walk this evening and stopped at US Cellular and got my Galaxy Tab A9 ordered should have it either tomorrow or Tuesday at the latest. Schedule is official for next week and I have 5 days. Keep thinking I need to request off for Nov 11th for my Eye appointment but going to wait a bit longer and see how much PTO time I have so far I have 5.25 hours of PTO time. 

 Went to my local cellphone provider and they suggested I download robokiller to stop the spam calls from coming through and so far it worked. Since I've been a longtime customer, I'm eligible for a tablet so going in tomorrow to get it ordered and take the hotspot off of my line and my mom's line since neither of us use it. As of now unless things change by Friday I've got 5 days and instead of working till close on Sunday I get to open again. Thanks to my awesome coach Jackie I stepped out of my comfort zone in the gym and used 20#DB for most and 25#DB-30#DB for my movements. For the warm up sets I used 15# but for the working sets it was 20# except for the DB pullovers and Shrugs I used 25# for a couple sets of pullovers and first 2 sets of shrugs then used 30# for the last set.  

 Got in my workout after dinner while watching the Team Dark Horse Huddle Call. Getting in steps and testing out the fall emojis. Just tested it out on a forum thread and it worked great. Watching night 2 of The Voice Blind Auditions then AGT Finale performances before the winner is chosen tomorrow night. 

 Watching The Voice Season Premiere Day 1 of the Blind Auditions. Love having Reba and Snoop back in the big red chairs for this season. My strategy for pushing my button on The Voice App is if a coach pushes and I like the artist I'll push my button too. 

Grateful I got home to watch a little bit of the football game. I think Jackie wants us to measure once a month or so. I've weighed in already but need to take my photos in the morning then next week will do all but send Assessment until Tuesday.

 Grateful that one of the collage teams I'm rooting for one it's the local team and not one of my childhood friend's oldest son is playing football tonight so rooting for Vandy to win. The Gorillas won today with big plays from a local kid scoring 3 TD's. 

 Got lots done at work today being I was on the floor and not on the register the whole time. Got my order this morning and it was waiting when I got home. Tried the PSL in water and it was so good. Eager to try it in my coffee tomorrow morning. Shortly going to get my nighttime cocktail made as the mix is already in the funnel. 

 Got in a great gym workout this afternoon but just got in the workout and didn't get my Pliability in until I got home since I was there with 20 somethings instead of the usual members that are there in the morning. Was supposed to be on the floor throwing freight today but was on register instead since the book lady who was supposed to be cashier had a pallet of books to get out. Earlier this evening we had a surprise visit from my cousin and his 2 boys they brought over a mum that we had bought from one of the girls. 

 Got in a great workout in the gym this morning and took a couple of videos to post on IG for Jackie to see if maybe we are needing to do a reverse diet to get the scale moving again in the right direction. Well Step Bet was working for a hot minute or should I say almost all day then an hour or so ago it jumped from being right to 17,106 so I'm trying to hit that total to not feel dishonest that my steps weren't right. Monday's got fixed but it is still showing that I had a power day when I didn't.

 Got my walk in this evening after dinner during the Team Dark Horse Huddle Call. After I broke a nail this morning at work I decided just a few minutes ago to cut all of my nails back. Watching the Semi-Finals of AGT now to vote on all of the acts.

 Decided when I got home from work to join a step bet and of course my steps aren't matching up so have an e-mail out to customer support. Think tomorrow I'll sync my steps as often as I can to get them to be in sync with my watch and the app. Watching 100 years at the Opry and all living opry members are there for the show. So far this show is what Country Music is supposed to be all of the classics. 

Learned tonight that Lisa starts over in Joplin full time next week so this was my last Sunday with her. 

 Got some great ideas from both Team Jax and also Women Winning live stream chat group both on IG chat for my HHF for Fall 8 week 5% Challenge on MFP. Think I'm going to try out doing a nighttime mind dump where I write in my journal all the thoughts that are in my head before going to bed. Will try this out for Week 2 of the IBC then decide if that's the one I want to keep up for the next 8 weeks once the Fall challenge starts.

 Got in a great Biceps/Triceps workout after dinner and now trying to watch on my TV Local High school football but it keeps buffering on me so might just give up on watching it on TV and watch it on my computer instead. Well even on my computer the video is still buffering I think it's either the location of the game with the Wi-Fi or just spotty service all around in the area where the game is being played.

 Got in my 2,200 step ups this evening after dinner. My nighttime drink mix is ready for a few minutes and my morning drink mix is ready for tomorrow morning. Tomorrow I'll get in a workout after dinner and while my laundry is in the washer.

 Great workout this morning I did Chest/Back workout in the gym and used one of the adjustable bench that can both be an incline bench or a flat bench. Doing both incline work and flat bench work on one bench I didn't have to clean but one bench when I was done. Got in my core work and 1 mile walk as usual and also did Pliability Total Back Short Routine. Tomorrow's 9-11 workout is 20 sets of 110 step ups for a total of 2200 step ups in honor of those who were killed in the attacks on September 11, 2001. These will be done tomorrow evening after dinner and before my shower.

 Last few days I've been preparing my reds, greens and magnesium ahead of time and thought I'd prep my morning drink powders for tomorrow my Mega Watt, L-Carnitine and Creatine in my gains funnel. My nighttime drink seems to go down into the botte more smoothly being in the funnel for a little bit but will try having everything in my funnel in the morning. It will be faster as well by having it prepped the night before. 

 I'm grateful for the hours that I got this week when so many others have way less or no hours at all. I just wish someone at corporate would get their heads out of their butts and realize that stores can't run on the hours that they give us to divide them up between the stocking/truck team and the cashiers.

I'm grateful to be able to be flexible with my weigh ins. Completed my Q3 Challenge this morning and will begin another 8 week challenge I think it's a Q4 challenge but not sure will find out in the morning.

 Getting my steps in for the day and think my healthy habit focus for this practice week for the 5% Seasonal Challenge on MFP will be running the play (hitting calories and protein goals, getting in my steps and drinking 100+OZ of Water.) These are things I need to get back to doing along with getting in a workout no matter how late it is and getting in my pliability short routines in.

 Got in a 5K this morning wasn't a PR but that's OK cause I got it done. Weather is perfect tonight but a little rainy for Highschool Football this evening but if the game is delayed in anyway due to weather then I'll watch the Chiefs Chargers game on YouTube after BB Unlocked is over I'll cast the football game to my TV.

 I'm grateful I was able to join the InPHORMED call for a little bit during lunch today. I was planning on getting in a lift tomorrow but was challenged by Jackie to get in a Virtual 5K this weekend so getting that done tomorrow morning in the gym.

 I'm grateful for the news that I've been promoted yet again this time to a department supervisor so I'm over the grocery/candy/HBA departments. I also got my reorder of reds, greens, micro factor and full-mega today will re-fill my jars of reds and greens tomorrow evening. 

 I got into the gym for a great legs/core workout this morning. Got to the gym and back with time to spare before the InPHORMed call at noon and tonight's team huddle call. Might have to try and get on Thursday's InPHORMed call even if it's just for 30 minutes or less to check out the announcement that will be made. 

 I'm grateful that I was able to get another day this week. I'll still get 2 gym workouts this week. 

I'm grateful for an amazing manager who bought us lunch today and even have enough of each kind for her and I to have lunch tomorrow too.

 I'm grateful to have been off today when I'm sure the store was extra busy with it being not only a Saturday but also Little Balkans Festival going on at the park. Got my meds ready for the week and my  meds, supplements and vitamin packet ready for tomorrow. I've already gotten my Starbuck's run order ready to go in my favorites and will see if Lisa and Shanin want to do this once a month then Monday I know what I'm getting for Tiff and myself and will see if she wants to do this once a month.  

 I'm grateful for a Saturday off which doesn't happen to often. Think on Tuesday of next week I'll raise my steps goal to 13K to slowly get my steps back to 15K per day. 

 I'm grateful on Thankful Thursday that Jackie challenged me to raise my steps goal from 11K to 12K and so far since Tuesday I've reached that goal. Might raise my goal next Tuesday to 13K to be at 15K by November 1st. I've got my nighttime drink ready inside my gains funnel and will get my water here about 7PM to drink it. My 1% Better for today was watching the InPHORMed call with Tim and Aaron about Finding and Helping New People. I just have to publish this then finish my water and steps before sending everything to my accountability buddy Jess and after that my Power List will be complete or it will be a WIN for today. 

 Got in a great workout this morning and finished reading Roar on my Kindle app so started reading Mind your Mindset. Almost have my power list complete just have to watch yesterday's InPHORMed call recording and still need to text Jess once I finish my app home page.  

 Sent my assessment in to Jackie this morning and she is challenging me to up my steps goal to 12K so I changed that tonight when I got home. Got to attend this weeks team zoom call on a Tuesday night I'll miss Friday's mindset call this week but will watch the recording as soon as it happens then gets posted by either Josh or Preston AKA Night Hawk. Maybe tomorrow I'll watch last Friday's recording of the team mindset call.

 Today I decided to add something to my power list it's a task called make myself 1% better today than I was yesterday. Think I'll watch a video on the connect app to make myself 1% better I'll ask Jackie for suggestions as well of things I can do to make myself 1% better. Shortly going to get in my Pliability Total Body Short Routine then go get my nighttime drink. Might even ask my buddy Jess for suggestions as well.

I'm grateful today to be able to watch a replay of last Tuesdays AGT the live shows episode 1 of the live shows.

 Didn't get as much done today as I would've liked but we were busy and even my backup cashier Kenzie didn't get much freight pushed either. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to finish the blue cart of candy that Lisa brought me to work on this morning at 9:30AM.

 Got all of my weekly posts for FB All In group ready just have to schedule them so that will be done shortly. Think shortly as well I'll pre-plan my week so I don't have to worry about it this weekend. Got quite a bit done today getting my freight out all that was priced except for a blue cart of cookies and 2 and a half blue carts of chips. Not sure where they are going Lisa will work on that tomorrow. Just checked and Starbucks doesn't have their Pumpkin Spice yet and don't think that 7 Brew does either. I'll check 7 Brew on Sunday before work and wait until the first of September to get Starbucks for myself and treat Lisa on a Sunday and might ask Shanin too and see if she wants something or a Pumpkin drink.

 Ended up getting a call this morning and went to work today. I'm going to go in tomorrow too and work for a gal that had some family stuff come up last minute. 

 Got in a fab gym workout this morning I used the cable machines instead of just the band alone and will do that for my 2-3 gym days a week. Tomorrow's workout is Legs and Core but will use mostly my band except for a few moves where it will be body weight only. 

 I'm grateful that I got to attend the team huddle call for today and will get on Friday's mindset call. Watching AGT and it's the live shows so that means America gets to decide who goes through with our votes. I'm off until Saturday that is unless a cashier calls in sick then Lisa or Tiff will call me. 

 This week's non-negotiables are 1. Get in my workout today and tomorrow after dinner and Wed-Friday in the gym and home before noon. 2. Get in at least 100+OZ of Water and 3. Get in at least 11K Steps.  3W's What I did well? Got in all but 24oz of water before leaving work. What I can improve? Getting in more steps between customers. WIN: Listened to a great Live Stream recording. I'm grateful that Jackie challenged us to write down 3 non-negotiables last Thursday in the announcement and I decided to go that again today for the week and start back the 3 W's not sure if I want to do them daily or weekly will decide by this time tomorrow evening.
