 Got in a great Biceps/Triceps workout after dinner and now trying to watch on my TV Local High school football but it keeps buffering on me so might just give up on watching it on TV and watch it on my computer instead. Well even on my computer the video is still buffering I think it's either the location of the game with the Wi-Fi or just spotty service all around in the area where the game is being played.

 Got in my 2,200 step ups this evening after dinner. My nighttime drink mix is ready for a few minutes and my morning drink mix is ready for tomorrow morning. Tomorrow I'll get in a workout after dinner and while my laundry is in the washer.

 Great workout this morning I did Chest/Back workout in the gym and used one of the adjustable bench that can both be an incline bench or a flat bench. Doing both incline work and flat bench work on one bench I didn't have to clean but one bench when I was done. Got in my core work and 1 mile walk as usual and also did Pliability Total Back Short Routine. Tomorrow's 9-11 workout is 20 sets of 110 step ups for a total of 2200 step ups in honor of those who were killed in the attacks on September 11, 2001. These will be done tomorrow evening after dinner and before my shower.

 Last few days I've been preparing my reds, greens and magnesium ahead of time and thought I'd prep my morning drink powders for tomorrow my Mega Watt, L-Carnitine and Creatine in my gains funnel. My nighttime drink seems to go down into the botte more smoothly being in the funnel for a little bit but will try having everything in my funnel in the morning. It will be faster as well by having it prepped the night before.

 I'm grateful for the hours that I got this week when so many others have way less or no hours at all. I just wish someone at corporate would get their heads out of their butts and realize that stores can't run on the hours that they give us to divide them up between the stocking/truck team and the cashiers.

I'm grateful to be able to be flexible with my weigh ins. Completed my Q3 Challenge this morning and will begin another 8 week challenge I think it's a Q4 challenge but not sure will find out in the morning.

 Getting my steps in for the day and think my healthy habit focus for this practice week for the 5% Seasonal Challenge on MFP will be running the play (hitting calories and protein goals, getting in my steps and drinking 100+OZ of Water.) These are things I need to get back to doing along with getting in a workout no matter how late it is and getting in my pliability short routines in.

 Got in a 5K this morning wasn't a PR but that's OK cause I got it done. Weather is perfect tonight but a little rainy for Highschool Football this evening but if the game is delayed in anyway due to weather then I'll watch the Chiefs Chargers game on YouTube after BB Unlocked is over I'll cast the football game to my TV.

 I'm grateful I was able to join the InPHORMED call for a little bit during lunch today. I was planning on getting in a lift tomorrow but was challenged by Jackie to get in a Virtual 5K this weekend so getting that done tomorrow morning in the gym.

 I'm grateful for the news that I've been promoted yet again this time to a department supervisor so I'm over the grocery/candy/HBA departments. I also got my reorder of reds, greens, micro factor and full-mega today will re-fill my jars of reds and greens tomorrow evening.

 I got into the gym for a great legs/core workout this morning. Got to the gym and back with time to spare before the InPHORMed call at noon and tonight's team huddle call. Might have to try and get on Thursday's InPHORMed call even if it's just for 30 minutes or less to check out the announcement that will be made.

 I'm grateful to have been off today when I'm sure the store was extra busy with it being not only a Saturday but also Little Balkans Festival going on at the park. Got my meds ready for the week and my  meds, supplements and vitamin packet ready for tomorrow. I've already gotten my Starbuck's run order ready to go in my favorites and will see if Lisa and Shanin want to do this once a month then Monday I know what I'm getting for Tiff and myself and will see if she wants to do this once a month.

 I'm grateful for a Saturday off which doesn't happen to often. Think on Tuesday of next week I'll raise my steps goal to 13K to slowly get my steps back to 15K per day.

 I'm grateful on Thankful Thursday that Jackie challenged me to raise my steps goal from 11K to 12K and so far since Tuesday I've reached that goal. Might raise my goal next Tuesday to 13K to be at 15K by November 1st. I've got my nighttime drink ready inside my gains funnel and will get my water here about 7PM to drink it. My 1% Better for today was watching the InPHORMed call with Tim and Aaron about Finding and Helping New People. I just have to publish this then finish my water and steps before sending everything to my accountability buddy Jess and after that my Power List will be complete or it will be a WIN for today.

 Got in a great workout this morning and finished reading Roar on my Kindle app so started reading Mind your Mindset. Almost have my power list complete just have to watch yesterday's InPHORMed call recording and still need to text Jess once I finish my app home page.

 Sent my assessment in to Jackie this morning and she is challenging me to up my steps goal to 12K so I changed that tonight when I got home. Got to attend this weeks team zoom call on a Tuesday night I'll miss Friday's mindset call this week but will watch the recording as soon as it happens then gets posted by either Josh or Preston AKA Night Hawk. Maybe tomorrow I'll watch last Friday's recording of the team mindset call.

 Today I decided to add something to my power list it's a task called make myself 1% better today than I was yesterday. Think I'll watch a video on the connect app to make myself 1% better I'll ask Jackie for suggestions as well of things I can do to make myself 1% better. Shortly going to get in my Pliability Total Body Short Routine then go get my nighttime drink. Might even ask my buddy Jess for suggestions as well.

 Didn't get as much done today as I would've liked but we were busy and even my backup cashier Kenzie didn't get much freight pushed either. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to finish the blue cart of candy that Lisa brought me to work on this morning at 9:30AM.

 Got all of my weekly posts for FB All In group ready just have to schedule them so that will be done shortly. Think shortly as well I'll pre-plan my week so I don't have to worry about it this weekend. Got quite a bit done today getting my freight out all that was priced except for a blue cart of cookies and 2 and a half blue carts of chips. Not sure where they are going Lisa will work on that tomorrow. Just checked and Starbucks doesn't have their Pumpkin Spice yet and don't think that 7 Brew does either. I'll check 7 Brew on Sunday before work and wait until the first of September to get Starbucks for myself and treat Lisa on a Sunday and might ask Shanin too and see if she wants something or a Pumpkin drink.

 Got in a fab gym workout this morning I used the cable machines instead of just the band alone and will do that for my 2-3 gym days a week. Tomorrow's workout is Legs and Core but will use mostly my band except for a few moves where it will be body weight only.

 I'm grateful that I got to attend the team huddle call for today and will get on Friday's mindset call. Watching AGT and it's the live shows so that means America gets to decide who goes through with our votes. I'm off until Saturday that is unless a cashier calls in sick then Lisa or Tiff will call me.

 This week's non-negotiables are 1. Get in my workout today and tomorrow after dinner and Wed-Friday in the gym and home before noon. 2. Get in at least 100+OZ of Water and 3. Get in at least 11K Steps.  3W's What I did well? Got in all but 24oz of water before leaving work. What I can improve? Getting in more steps between customers. WIN: Listened to a great Live Stream recording. I'm grateful that Jackie challenged us to write down 3 non-negotiables last Thursday in the announcement and I decided to go that again today for the week and start back the 3 W's not sure if I want to do them daily or weekly will decide by this time tomorrow evening.

 I'm grateful I was able to get in my 45 min walk this morning and Pliability this afternoon after Mass. Shortly going to go and get my reds and greens put in my funnel and then go get my meds to get them ready for the week. I've got my reds, greens and magnesium ready for tomorrow in my other funnel which is in my lunch box at work already.

 3 non-negotiables for the rest of the week. 1. Get in 10K Steps. 2. Hit protein & calories 3. Get in at least 100+OZ of water. My advisor Jackie challenged us to write down 3 non-negotiables for the week. I'm grateful I got in a great shoulders/arms workout this morning. Got my power list almost all done and had it about done by noon. Just got to finish this and then sent my macros for the day to my accountability buddy Jess. Since I'm working evening shift on Sunday I'll get my Reds, Greens and Magnesium ready tonight for Sunday and leave my lunchbox in the breakroom tomorrow when I get off at 3.

 I'm grateful I got most of my power list done before noon today. Tomorrow I plan on starting laundry with my sheets before heading to the gym then finish cleaning and laundry after I get back from my workout. Tomorrow's workout is Shoulders/Arms, 1 mile walk, Core work and Pliability short routine in the gym.

 I'm grateful to have gotten in a great workout this morning. The other day I found a bunch of workouts from Jillian Michaels that I could possibly do at home or in the gym. Might take them and do one tomorrow and Friday morning. Checked the box of the workouts and am missing circuit one but that's OK I have 8 others to use.

 I'm grateful I got my order today and can't wait to try my home made Intra Workout of 1 scoop of L-Carnitine, 1 scoop of Phormula-1 Clear Watermelon and 1 packet of Watermelon Salt LMNT in the morning. Also can't wait to add Mega Watt Orange Sunrise to my morning hydration drink. As of now I'm getting 5 days next week and 34 hours but that could change between now and Friday when the schedule is finalized.

 I'm grateful I got in my workout and pliability this evening after work. Didn't feel like doing much of anything after work but managed to get my workout in. Grateful to have gotten to work this morning before the rain hit and glad to have gotten home before it started to rain hard again.

 I'm grateful that I'm a few days from getting my order of Level-1, Phormula-1 Clear, Mega Watt, L-Carnitine and Collagen plus I get a free t-shirt. Watching Big Brother then will watch AGT until bedtime. Getting ready in a few to get in Pliability short routine.

I'm grateful the plumbers came as I was getting ready to leave work today. Hopefully the plumbing will be fixed in the morning. Today on lunch I had to walk over to Applebee's to use their bathroom.

 I'm grateful I was able to substitute some DB work for the bands when the bands in the gym weren't very good so will put one of mine in my bag for next time. Getting ready to settle in and watch Big Brother Unlocked first then after the show is over I'll switch to either Royals Baseball or Cardinals Baseball haven't decided which game I'll watch just yet. I work tomorrow, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday then I'm off Wed-Fri and work next Saturday as well. I'm getting 4 days but that's OK cause I'm getting 32 hours.

 I'm grateful that I got to push freight today instead of just be on the register. Didn't get as much out as I wanted but that's OK. I'm off tomorrow and plan on getting into the gym for a great workout. Didn't want to but got my Resistance Band Workout and Pliability Short Routine in but did anyways.

 I'm grateful to have my room put back together. So far I am getting 32.5 hrs next week but hoping to get another day but if not that's OK I'm still getting over 30 hours. I'm going to wait until Friday before I write my schedule for next week down in my planner and get it put in the calendar apps. Got in my resistance band workout and pliability short routine in later than normal since I missed the gym today but will get in a workout on Friday. Got all of my supplements I had under my desk in a cabinet out of site.

 I'm grateful that I'm only getting 8 pallets of food this week instead of 15 or more like I did the last 2 trucks. I'm also grateful for a great bunch of co-workers who work food while I'm on the register or on my days off. What started out as a quick project that mom and I were working on while dad was gone either camping or on vacation in Colorado with uncle Jon turned into a huge project since I needed a new dresser and a new night table.

 Got some cleaning and organizing done this morning. Still have a lot more work to do maybe in a week or two I'll get back to it. Got my good Opti-Greens and Opti-Reds reorder yesterday and got them into the glass containers so now I have them again. I have been using some cheaper stuff from Wal-Mart and Walgreens mostly Walgreens.

 Today I'm grateful for all of the help getting as much food out as we could from 10AM-4:30PM. I'm also grateful for one more night shift then I move to day shift starting on Sunday. I'll get into the gym tomorrow and Friday then next week it will be Wednesday and Friday as those are my days off. Might as well change my alarm on my Whoop from 7AM to 6AM so I can get my body used to getting up an hour earlier.

 Today I'm grateful to have 2 more shifts of my working 6 days straight before my days off. Just checked the schedule and I know it's not done yet but I'm working Sunday-Tuesday so far 8:30-4:30. I know Sunday is truck but not sure what time it will be there. Shortly going to paint my nails not just for the birthday party on Friday but want to see if I can keep nail polish on while working but not doing truck. I've got 5 days left of phase 1 of the Live Hard program then can't remember if I have to wait 30 days to start Phase 2 or if I can start that right away but I do remember that I have to wait 30 days to start Phase 3 once I finish Phase 2.

 Got in a great At Home Resistance Band workout in this morning and my core work and pliability short routine in before work. Tomorrow will be a later workout and pliability short routine in after work but will get it done. Plan is to get at home resistance band workouts tomorrow and Wednesday then Thursday and Friday get into the gym.

I'm grateful that I'm now a CSA and working days starting this week. It might take a couple days for my numbers to work for refunds and item voids. I bought a rechargeable fan and found a home charging block to charge the fan every day.

 While I'm not a runner I did jog for a total of 3.5 minutes of the 30 minutes I went for my Treadmill Sprints workout this morning. I jogged for 1.5 minutes first then decided at minute 28 to run for the remainder of the time. Missed my daily calm and daily trip yesterday so this is the first week where I'll have only 6 out of 7 days. Work tomorrow, Sunday and Monday then off Tuesday and work Wednesday and Thursday then off Friday and Saturday next week. Plan is to do my lift on Tuesday and a 20 minute Treadmill Sprint, Wednesday walk at home, Thursday normal lift and 20 min Treadmill Sprints and Friday 30 minute treadmill sprints this next week my run will be at 4.0 instead of 3.5.

 I'm grateful to have had another day added to my work week. So this week I've had including Saturday 5 days. Went to Wal-Mart on lunch and bought a new water bottle that has a paracord handle like Miranda that I work with has her's is Blue and I wanted Purple but had to settle for Pink instead. Love it so far used it all afternoon. Getting ready shortly to get my Pliability short routine in later than normal but it got done. Tomorrow I'm going to do Running Intervals for 30 min go 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off.

 I'm grateful that I got a PR on my mile today I did a mile in 17 min 56 seconds on the treadmill this morning. Working 4PM-9:30PM today then off tomorrow and Friday. Work 11AM-7PM Saturday. Will double check the schedule on Friday to see if I get anymore days right now I've just got 3 days but hoping they add another one.

 Today I'm grateful for a PR with my 1 mile walk. I am on the wait list for The Power List by Andy Frisella app. It's out already for Apple phones but not Android just yet. Tomorrow will be a 30-45 min walk after my hair appointment and before work at 11AM. Got my meds and supplements ready for tomorrow morning.

 I'm grateful that I had an extra cashier with me all afternoon as we were busy and I didn't want to have to keep calling for backup. I've got my All In FB posts ready to schedule here shortly for the week then I still need to pre-plan my week in my Paper and Plan Co planner. Last Night I got my meds and supplements ready for the week.

 Today I'm grateful to have gotten almost all of my projects done. Got busy around 11AM or so and stayed busy all afternoon. Didn't get another day added for next week but I'll tell them that if someone calls in to call me and I'll come it to work either on my day off or early if I'm already scheduled.

I'm grateful for no incident when doing the same workout I did last Thursday. The Preacher Curl Bench was not in use and near by so I put the EZ Bar there between sets. Got my laundry done this afternoon and took a late shower since I work 9-5 tomorrow. As of now I've had no more days added so I'm working tomorrow, Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday with hopes that I get another day or two added tomorrow.  Last Saturday while sitting in church I decided to reduce my steps goal, activity calories, and activity minutes goals to 10K, 400 and 100.

 Today I'm grateful that I got to work day shift and had a blast with a different crew than normal. It was kinda nice getting off work before the sun went down and to have a normal nighttime routine. Tomorrow think I'll do today's Full-Body workout instead of doing an active recovery day.

 Today I got in a great full body 21-15-9 then 2 min rest 9-15-21 using 10 of my favorite exercises. Getting ready in a bit for work but will get dinner in an hour or so also will need to finish some stuff on my computer so around 3PM I can shut it down for the day. I'm halfway to reaching my steps, Activity Minutes and Activity Calories goals for the day.

 I'm grateful that after I upgraded my Whoop to the 5.0 that I gifted my 4.0 to a Middle School Athlete if it doesn't violate any rules from the governing body of school athletics. Had a great and informative call on the Legionnaire Connect app this afternoon then another awesome team call a little while ago via Zoom. Just wish my computer camera wasn't messed up to where it will freeze up on me. I'll try again for Friday's Mindset call to have my camera on.

 Today I'm grateful for a great workout this morning in the gym. I bought some pain patches for my back for when it starts to hurt. Ended my 1st Q3 8 Week Challenge yesterday and began another one this morning. Just set a reminder to take final Q3 photos on Sept 7th. Since I'm working days of Thursday I'll do Thursday's Full Body workout on Friday. This time plan on being careful when doing the superset Cossack Squat and Reverse Grip EZ Bar Curl to make sure the EZ Bar doesn't hit my foot again like it did last week. I'm on day 6 and still don't have to charge my Whoop 5 battery is 68% so might charge it in a few days but will see when it turns yellow or red even.

 3 W's for the week. What I Did well? I got in a few great workouts. What I can Improve? Up my speed and get in a mile under 20 minutes. WIN Completed my personal Q3 Challenge and will begin another one tomorrow morning.  I'm grateful for a great week of work so far and a busy one today. Plan as of now is to get into the gym 4 out of 5 days but will see if I get another day either Tuesday or Thursday since I doubt I'll work tomorrow since she would've told me before I left.

 Today I'm grateful I got back on all of the most important groups on MFP. I'm also grateful that after working 5 hours that my foot is still not bruised or broken after Thursday's accident at the gym where the EZ Bar fell off of the bench and hit my foot. I knew that today would be the true test of how my foot would feel after wearing socks and shoes for more than 45 minutes. On days like today at first I wished that my steps goal was only 10K so tonight at church I decided to change my steps goal to 10K, my activity time to 100 and my activity calories to 400. Today we were so busy that I got barely 5K steps at work so working on getting the rest now before bed.

 Checked the schedule app yesterday and I had just 2 days but checked again this afternoon and now I have 4 days that I work this week. Frustrating that I'm still having issues with MFP. If it weren't for the teams that I'm in and the challenges I'd leave the site behind for good. It's been years since I've tracked my food in the app as I use the 1st Phorm app to track my food and exercises. Today I'm grateful that I am working 4 days this coming week instead of just 2 like when I saw the app yesterday.

 Having issues with MFP this afternoon was getting ready to post a I am grateful post on the Spark Friends group which was I'm grateful that nothing is either broken or bruised after a 20# EZ Bar rolled off of the bench I had it sitting on this morning in the gym and landed on my foot. On the MFP front I decided tonight to sign up again under a different e-mail address and changed my username I was thinking about doing that anyway since MAC Fitness is no more and it's now Alpha Fitness.

 Writing early so I can shut my computer down early. Today as I sit here I'm grateful that I got a call to come in and work an extra day so that takes me to over 32hrs this week. I was sitting here when one of the managers called to see if I wanted to work 2PM-10PM tomorrow since we have a truck in the afternoon and need to get the ad stuff ready for Wednesday Morning.

Today I'm grateful that we found out we are doing soft opening tomorrow instead of waiting until Grand Opening on Wednesday. Got meds ready for the week this morning and will get meds ready for tomorrow a little later tonight.

 Today I'm grateful to have gotten in a great gym workout this morning. I wasn't going to go to the gym this morning but did so I didn't disappoint Team Jax and Jackie our coach. Almost forgot to set my Whoop alarm for 6AM on Sunday and switch Monday's back to 7AM. My Whoop 4 needs charged every 4 days so think it's about time to upgrade to the 5. I might wait another couple of weeks until I get the next payroll check or not haven't decided yet. I have the 5.0 upgrade in my cart on the Whoop app but not hitting the payment button just yet. Waiting to see what the other holdouts from the Whoop FB group think. With tax and shipping it would come to 104.91 so not sure I want to put that on my credit card just yet.

 Today I'm grateful for a couple of day shifts next week. I checked the schedule this morning and rechecked again just now and still the same as it was earlier. Wasn't planning on getting into the gym tomorrow but will go anyways but go a different route to avoid the entrance to the park. Going in the morning and getting in my Full Body Conditioning Week 3 Day 5 Hyrox Workout in. Plan for next week is to get into the gym Monday morning, Tuesday Morning, Thursday Morning and Friday Morning. Will do an at home walk or something on Wednesday since I work noon-8PM.

 Today I'm grateful I think I hit a PR for a mile walk in 19 minutes and 50 seconds. After chatting on the IG chat thread for Team Jax we decided that I would get in a gym workout on Friday morning but will go in a different way to avoid the entrance to the park for the Independence Day Celebration which I know will be busy with cars going in and out.

 Today I'm grateful for an amazing gym workout. Tomorrow plan is to get in over 3 almost 4 miles walking since it's Running Intervals on one plan and Active Recovery Day on the other training plan. I took the meters and converted them to miles and got 3.8 or 3.9 miles so if I can I'll walk on the mats so I'm not taking up the entire back area of the gym. Still trying to decide about Friday since the gym is a block from the entrance to the park where our towns Independence Day festivities are being held all day leading up to the fireworks show later that evening. Watching the replay of the Season 20 Premiere of AGT.

Got some great news and not so good news today at work. We are ready to open the doors but the new HVAC system will be installed on Wed and Thurs so the store won't open until Sunday. I'm grateful that I worked day shift today since everything was done so our project manager sent all but 2 people from the nightshift home. Those 2 were finishing the signs that dayshift didn't get finished. I feel bad for those on nightshift who were sent home and lost 4 and a half hours today. I missed Thursday and Friday nights of writing but got a little written the last 2 nights. Still trying to decide if I want to go to the gym on Friday since it's our town's Independence Day Festivities in the park the gym is a block from the entrance to the  park. I'll go to the gym tomorrow, Wed and Thurs for sure and will decide about Friday later in the week.

Today didn't go as planned I got a phone call this morning from work that they needed me to come in so I worked 10:30AM-7PM. I'm going in tomorrow and working 8:30AM-4:30 PM. I did get my mindset Monday posts for the All in FB group scheduled and will do the rest of the week tomorrow evening.

 I'm off this weekend and forgot to post even a little on Thursday night and yesterday. Still planning on getting my computer shut down in a bit. What do I need more of in my life? I'd say I need more time with friends and family, more money to order more of my supplements. I'm grateful today for a day off and to get a couple of shows from the week caught up on. I've watched the latest episode of Transplant and ANW. Got my meds ready for the week but do need to order more meds. So far as of now I'm off until Wednesday but will check the schedule again tomorrow just to be sure I don't have Monday or Tuesday or both added to it.

 Got in a great workout this morning after I stopped at work since I took one of the box knives home by accident last night. Talked to Lisa since Tiffani wasn't in yet and I'm working my usual shift tomorrow and Thursday since I was scheduled off but they are in need of bodies in the store to get ready as we are 16 days from Grand Opening but want to have everything out before this weekend. Wrote a little last night but didn't write in my paper journal.

I'm grateful that I got a chance to stock merchandise tonight. Going to stop in work tomorrow since I forgot to sign my knife back in tonight so will do that in the morning before my gym workout.

 Got my register training done today and we unloaded a truck today I was at the corner and in the heat and of course I didn't get a chance to cool down much so now I have a heat headache. I'm grateful to have  passed all but one of the training videos and Jess said that the one I didn't pass is one that most everyone gets wrong some of those answers too. Think I'll get some Excedrin, Tylenol and a small thing of deodorant to keep in my locker just in case I need it. I have a Makeup Junkie bag that's supposed to be used for makeup but I'll use it for other stuff too. Tomorrow I'll try and type a little something using the app on my phone. Tomorrow night will be fun or not since we will be ticketing the truck from today unless of course we are still working on Friday's truck.

Spent most of today I watched old episodes of Chicago Fire on USA Network. I love watching the old episodes of all One Chicago Shows and Law & Order SVU. Tomorrow after work I'll watch Law & Order Special Victims that is if it's on USA when I get off at 4:30. Yesterday I worked 1PM-9PM but forgot to write in the app on my phone. I'm grateful today that I had the time to spend binge watching old One Chicago shows.

 Missed yesterday as I just forgot to type something out on my phone after work. Today I got in a great Full Body Workout, 1 mile Walk and Core work. Decided that if I don't get my Mobility done by noon I won't get it done. Today I'm grateful that I was able to get in the gym for a great workout this morning. Even though there was someone over on the mats I wasn't in his way using part of the mats near the front of the wrestling academy. I got my mobility in after my workout this morning. Hopefully tomorrow I'll remember to write a little something even if it doesn't get posted anywhere else.

 Today I'm grateful to have been off so I could get my nighttime routine the same as it was before I started working. Got in a great Full Body workout in this morning in the gym. My day off nighttime routine is teeth brushed and face washed by 6:30 then Reds, Greens, Magnesium and Multi Fiber by 7PM to keep in routine for the evenings I work. My nighttime routine for the days I work evenings is Reds, Greens, Magnesium and Multi Fiber at 7PM then Teeth brush and Face Wash by 10PM to be in bed before or by 10:30. Tomorrow I work 1PM-9PM so will do my work day nighttime routine. Plan is to get in 30-45 min walk in the gym. Hoping to have my steps goal and other goals tomorrow before bed since I barely reached my steps goal of 15K and activity calories burned of 500 before bed.

Had a great report at the Dr this morning. At work we got a lot done getting stuff priced. Missed my workout in the gym bit did get a 45 min+ walk in this morning.I'll get into the gym tomorrow morning.

 Three things I'm grateful for today and this week is that I got caught up on all of the shows from last week that I missed either while I was at work or that aired after 9PM. I've spent all afternoon watching old episodes of Law & Order SVU. I've already pre-planned my week in my Paper and Plan Co. Planner that I got for Christmas. This week I'm planning on blogging even a little at work on the nights I work 1PM-9PM. I'm also going to try and journal on paper too. The blogs from my phone may be short since I'm using a small keyboard.

 Been almost over a year since I wrote last here. I've began to do something new on a different website. Instead of a day in review I've been writing a journal prompt answer or just what's in my heart and on my mind today. I began working on May 27th with Orientation for Ollie's Bargain Outlet. We started in the store on June 4th with an opening date slated right now for July 9th. I decided to get back to using this one since I can blog on my phone too just not sure how to share this from my phone but I can share this at a later time when I'm writing from my phone.  Today I'm thankful that I am back to work and that I'm off so I can watch ANW streaming on Peacock and on Saturday I'll stream AGT. I'm keeping my nighttime routine the same as if I was working so will get my nighttime drink here shortly.
