10/31/18

Almost all green but will miss floors again today. Got in a great Legs and 20 min treadmill walk this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back and 30 min on elliptical. Used just Bio-Freeze this morning and again after my shower so far might use the roll on Bio-Freeze shortly and again before bed or just before bed. Got my vitamins and ignition to put in my protein shakes post workout. Not sure if I'll use a pain patch tomorrow morning or just Bio-Freeze but will use the latter before my workout tomorrow afternoon.

10/30/18

Almost all green missed floors yesterday and will again today too. Got in a pretty good Shoulders and 30 min treadmill walk instead of stair master and rower. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and 20 min treadmill walk not sure if I'll set an incline or not will see how my back feels after. Update on back after wearing a smaller pain patch decided to buy a can of Bio-Freeze to keep in my work bag used some of that before my workout and put more on when I got home from eating out. Did well today and had 1749 calories for the day even after eating at a Mexican restaurant. Since it was at the mall went to GNC and bought some of my protein powder that I needed. Also got a text on my way home saying that my vitamins and other workout stuff are at the gym so will get them in the morning. Only used the foam roller for a couple of minutes and my back felt better but was in a hurry to get home and cleaned up for dinner so didn't get to use the roller after.

Almost all green just will miss floors today. Achieved my steps per hour goal today. Update on my back still sore but using the foam roller really helped and will use it again tomorrow. Starting tomorrow think I'll do a 5 min warm up including stretching on the foam roller then finish up with more stretches. Great or as best I could with a sore back legs and 20 min incline treadmill walk this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is Shoulders and depending on how my back feels 15 min on stair master then finish up rowing otherwise if my back isn't feeling better then I'll do 30 min on rower.

Probably won't go all green today will miss floors and active minutes. So far on track to achieve my steps per hour goal today. Update on my back it's a little better but put on an Icy Hot pain patch after my shower. Watched an amazing win by the Kansas City Chiefs today we are now 7-1 after the victory today. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and 20 min incline treadmill walk first then work 1PM-6PM. Might have to be careful on legs day all depending on how my back feels in the morning. Might go ahead and use the Bio-Freeze roll on then after my shower use my last pain patch will need to buy another package tomorrow afternoon.

Almost all green just going to miss active minutes and floors. Didn't achieve my steps per hour goal missed it by 29 steps while sitting in church tonight. Update on my back it's not a sore since I put an Icy Hot pain patch on when I got home from work this morning. Going to use either Icy Hot roll on or the Bio freeze roll on before bed tonight. Plan is to get into the gym all 5 days this week. I was in 2 workweek hustle challenges and won one and finished second in the other. Currently in second place in both weekend warrior challenges right now.

10/26/18

Not going to go all green today missed floors again and am charging my Charge3 even though the battery was at 29%. Got in a great Biceps/Triceps/Chest and 30 min elliptical this afternoon. Not sure if it was poor form or heavier weights yesterday but my lower back is hurting today. Bought some Bio-Freeze in the roll on form used it 3 times today so far. Also took 4 ibuprofen too for the pain. Going to rest here in a bit and get ready for an early to work but early off day tomorrow. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow afternoon to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Hoping for 5 days but will take 4 days if schedule only allows it.

Not going to go all green today will just miss floors. Got in a great Back and 30 min on elliptical workout this morning. Went to Wal-Mart and bought a new blender bottle and cute cellphone case on clearance then after my workout went to GNC and bought Georgia sweet peach tea Bang! energy drink and lean 25 shake powder and also Amino Energy. Tomorrow's workout plan is Biceps/Triceps and a little chest and 30 min on elliptical.
