Work this afternoon so thought I'd post now. As of 11:17AM I have not seen the schedule published yet but will give her a little more time before waiting until I get there at 1:30 to see it. Will miss watching the Chiefs Pats game on TV but will have my phone in my back pocket to sneak a peak at CBS sports app when I can get away from the cameras but at least I won't have to worry about Janet cause she switched with Tom and opened today so Tom gets to close with me tonight. He won't care if I check the football game scores on my phone when not with a customer and there are none around.

Saturday 4/29/23

 Closed all hearts on my Samsung Active 4 and have well over 12K steps. Calorie goal was 1645 and I had 49 calories left, P goal was 175 and I was 34 grams over, C goal was 90 and I was on target and F goal was 65 and I had 15 grams left. Great Day 60/305 mile a day and Active Recovery Day. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside the 1st Phorm app. Meds and Supplements are ready for the week and Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 61/305 mile a day in the morning. Calorie goal was 1530 and I had 36 calories left, P goal was 175 and I had 3 grams left, C goal was 95 and I had 2 grams left and F goal was 50 and I had 4 grams left.
