Today is day 18 of blogging since I created this one on New Year's Eve. I work til 4:30 tomorrow so will go straight to chapter and not visit long after at dinner since I'll have to be at work by 8AM on Tuesday.  Sent my weekly check in to Christian this morning and will send my morning weigh in sometime tomorrow then send him my chapter weigh in just for fun.

  Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 41 calories left, P goal was 160 and I had 4 grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 5 grams left and F goal was 52 and I had 1 gram left. Great Day 217/305 mile a day, Traditional Bodybuilding W1/D1: Chest/Arms + Core Challenge W1/D2: HIIT and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid   Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1 st Phorm app.   Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow morning. Saturday 4/29/23

 Closed all hearts on my Samsung Active 4 and have well over 12K steps. Calorie goal was 1645 and I had 49 calories left, P goal was 175 and I was 34 grams over, C goal was 90 and I was on target and F goal was 65 and I had 15 grams left. Great Day 60/305 mile a day and Active Recovery Day. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside the 1st Phorm app. Meds and Supplements are ready for the week and Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 61/305 mile a day in the morning. I AM: I overcome my fears by chasing my dreams.

Monday 6/27

 Closed all rings on my Active 4 and have well over 12K steps for today. Macros were good today. Calorie goal was 1530 and I had 36 calories left, P goal was 175 and I had 3 grams left, C goal was 95 and I had 2 grams left and F goal was 50 and I had 4 grams left. Great Week 7: Day 1 Upper1 this morning in the gym with a 3 min warm up and 5 min cool down. #DuesPaid Completed app power list 1. Read 10 pages--done 2. Drink 120oz of water--done 3.
