1 Yr, 7 Weeks out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today just slightly over on carbs. Plan is to get in 5 workout this week. Monday Legs/Glutes, Tuesday Chest/Shoulders, Wednesday Arms, Thursday Shoulders, and Friday Back/Glutes. Weight was down a little today but still up 0.3# for the week. I was mistaken my team Green teammates aren't competing in Tampa until next weekend this is peak week for all of them. Just finished with online church for the week. It was recorded at the 4PM mass.
