1 Yr, 8 Weeks, 5 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great again today. Sent my weekly check in to Coach Adam yesterday but haven't gotten a reply yet. I know he was out of town all weekend and had travel delays yesterday. Macros were mostly good yesterday just over slightly on fats.

Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 41 calories left, P goal was 160 and I had 4 grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 5 grams left and F goal was 52 and I had 1 gram left. Great Day 217/305 mile a day, Traditional Bodybuilding W1/D1: Chest/Arms + Core Challenge W1/D2: HIIT and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid   Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1 st Phorm app.   Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow morning.
