1 Yr, 9 Weeks, 3 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were amazing yet again today. Charging my Versa 2 since I got the email notification that the battery was low. Day 8 of my Glutes kickback challenge today. Got in a great Legs/Glutes workout in this morning. Had a change in schedule truck was postponed until Friday so got tomorrow's workout in today and will get Fridays in tomorrow.

 Closed all hearts on my Samsung Active 4 and have well over 12K steps. Calorie goal was 1645 and I had 49 calories left, P goal was 175 and I was 34 grams over, C goal was 90 and I was on target and F goal was 65 and I had 15 grams left. Tuesday 10/3/23

  Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 41 calories left, P goal was 160 and I had 4 grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 5 grams left and F goal was 52 and I had 1 gram left. Great Day 217/305 mile a day, Traditional Bodybuilding W1/D1: Chest/Arms + Core Challenge W1/D2: HIIT and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid   Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1 st Phorm app.   Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow morning. 9/12/18

All green and achieved my steps per hour goal today. Got in a great Legs/Chest and 15 min elliptical to warm up and 15 min stair master. Tomorrow's plan is Back/Triceps and 20 min incline treadmill walk. My new weight lifting belt is going to work great as I used it this morning. My trainer said as long as I was within 30 calories either over or under 1700 it's OK with her. My legs are still sore from Monday's workout and I did another leg day today. I'm in 2 workweek challenges on my fit bit and am leading one and in second on the other one. After I bought a perfect bun helper I decided to try a bun without it and used just a ponytail holder and scrunchie which work just as well. Might look at getting some small barrettes or use a headband to keep the loose hairs in check.
