Went and got some sinus rinse and cough medicine this afternoon. Going to call the doctor in the morning after my big coughing fit after lunch. Taking the rest of the week off until I'm truly better.  Was glad to have had 2 days off but wish it could've been longer to truly rest and get better.

Calorie goal was 1645 and I had 49 calories left, P goal was 175 and I was 34 grams over, C goal was 90 and I was on target and F goal was 65 and I had 15 grams left. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 41 calories left, P goal was 160 and I had 4 grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 5 grams left and F goal was 52 and I had 1 gram left.
