Still don't know if I have to work tomorrow or not my manager called the guy to see if he could cover but as of 5PM didn't get a call back yet as she had to leave a message. If I don't hear anything from her by 9:30PM then I'll plan on working 12:45-8PM tomorrow and have had only 1 day off. Coming down with a sinus cold so took some medicine and might take the rest of the week off from the gym. Watching Hairspray Live on NBC since I've never seen it at all before.

 Closed all hearts on my Samsung Active 4 and have well over 12K steps. Calorie goal was 1645 and I had 49 calories left, P goal was 175 and I was 34 grams over, C goal was 90 and I was on target and F goal was 65 and I had 15 grams left.   Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 41 calories left, P goal was 160 and I had 4 grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 5 grams left and F goal was 52 and I had 1 gram left. Great Day 217/305 mile a day, Traditional Bodybuilding W1/D1: Chest/Arms + Core Challenge W1/D2: HIIT and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid   Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1 st Phorm app.   Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow morning. Monday 6/27

Calorie goal was 1530 and I had 36 calories left, P goal was 175 and I had 3 grams left, C goal was 95 and I had 2 grams left and F goal was 50 and I had 4 grams left.
