Used the ear wax remover last night and will do it again here in a few. Will leave it set with my head tilted for 5 minutes. Decided last night to go ahead and do my nails they turned out pretty good and I love the color.  As much as I love the LipSense lip color and gloss I bought some Cover Girl Outlast and will start wearing it since I got kinda bored with using the lippy every day and couldn't use any chapstick/lip balm.

Calorie goal was 1645 and I had 49 calories left, P goal was 175 and I was 34 grams over, C goal was 90 and I was on target and F goal was 65 and I had 15 grams left.   Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 41 calories left, P goal was 160 and I had 4 grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 5 grams left and F goal was 52 and I had 1 gram left. Great Day 217/305 mile a day, Traditional Bodybuilding W1/D1: Chest/Arms + Core Challenge W1/D2: HIIT and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid   Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1 st Phorm app.   Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow morning.
