Friday 9/10

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 19K steps for today. Great 20 min AMRAP this morning. Macros were good this morning Calories goal was 1565 and I had 288 calories left, P goal was 140 and I was over 8 grams, C goal was 105 and I was over 2 grams and F goal was 65 and I had 37 grams left. Completed app power list 1. Read 10 pages--done 2. Drink 120oz of water--done 3. Sleep 7+ hours--done 4. Hit my protein goal--done 5. Hit steps goal--done and Completed personal power list 1. Listen to an informative podcast--done 2. Take micro factor vitamins--done 3. Drink reds and greens--done 4. Listen to nightly mediation app--done and 5. Update my Facebook page Sarah Fit and Healthy--done. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and will get post workout stack ready as well as my reds and greens ready in the morning. Next week's training plan is all 5 days in the gym so it's upper day1 on Monday, lower day1 on Tuesday, 45 min cardio on Wed, upper day2 on Thursday and lower day2 on Friday.
