Closed 💕 on my Galaxy 6 and I have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1406 and I was 24 calories over, P goal was 160 and I had 5 grams left, C goal was 97 and I had 17 grams left and F goal was 12 grams over. Great Day 12/31 2 mile a day in March, Active recovery 45 min walk, Pliability: Spine + Glutes and 60 min walk. #DuePaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Gym clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 13/31 2 miles a day in March, Legs/Shoulders + Murph Prep 2 mile walk on assault runner, Pliability: TBD and 69 min walk. I AM: When I change I become a better version of myself.
