 Closed all ❤ on my Samsung Active 4 and have well over 13K steps. Calorie goal was 1645 and I had 47 calories left, P goal was 175 and I was 1 gram over, C goal was 90 and I was 8 grams over and F goal was 65 and I had 7 grams left. Great Day114/305 mile a day, WHD Chest/Triceps + HIIT and Core Challenge Wk6/D4: HIIT this afternoon and 45 min ride on my slim cycle. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1P app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 115/305 mile a day, WHD Glutes/Shoulders & Core and Core Challenge Wk6/D5: Final fit test after dinner.
