 Closed all ❤ on my Samsung Active 4 and have well over 13K steps. Calorie goal was 1645 and I had 35 calories left, P goal was 175 and I was on target, C goal was 90 and I was 8 grams over and F goal was 65 and I had 10 grams left. Great Day 121/305 mile a day, WHD Chest/Triceps + HIIT this afternoon and 45 min ride on Slim Cycle this evening. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1P app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Gym clothes are set out for tomorrow and Post Workout Stack has been packed for tomorrow. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 122/305 mile a day in the morning and WHD Glutes/Shoulders + Core in the gym after breakfast and 45 min on Slim Cycle in the afternoon. I AM: I work on myself today so I can be better tomorrow.
