Sunday 4/9/23--Happy Resurrection Day!!!

 Closed all hearts on my Samsung Active 4 and have well over 12K steps today. Calorie goal was 1735 and I had 43 calories left, P goal was 175 and I was 12 grams over, C goal was 90 and I was 4 grams over and F goal was 75 and I had 12 grams left. Great WHD Rest day and Day 40/305 this morning. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside the 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow. Tripod is set up and Progress Photo clothes are ready for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 41/305 and WHD TBD after dinner. I AM: I am healthy and joyful at any size.

Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 41 calories left, P goal was 160 and I had 4 grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 5 grams left and F goal was 52 and I had 1 gram left. Great Day 217/305 mile a day, Traditional Bodybuilding W1/D1: Chest/Arms + Core Challenge W1/D2: HIIT and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid   Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1 st Phorm app.   Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow morning.
