 Closed all ❤ on my Samsung Active 4 and have well over 13K steps. Calorie goal was 1645 and I had 49 calories left, P goal was 175 and I was 19 grams over, C goal was 90 and I had 5 grams left and F goal was 65 and I had 10 grams left. Great Day 79/305 mile a day and 8 Week Strength-Advanced Cardio& Mobility and Spring Core Challenge: HIIT this morning. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside the 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Gym clothes are set out and Post Workout Stack have been packed for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 80/305 mile a day and 8 Week Strength-Advanced Heavy Deadlift Day and Spring Core Challenge: Core in the gym after breakfast. I AM: I let my abundance of happiness spill onto all those around me.
