 Closed all ❤ on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 13K steps. Calorie goal was 1645 and I was 59 calories over, P goal was 175 and I was 11 grams over, C goal was 90 and I had 9 grams left and F goal was 69 and I was 4 grams over. Great 8 Week Strength-Advanced Hypertrophy Squat Day and Spring Core Challenge: HIIT and Day 84/305 mile a day #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside the 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: 8 Week Strength-Advanced Cardio & Mobility and Core Challenge: Core after work and Day 85/305 after breakfast. I AM: I am creating a positive outcome for my day.
