Almost all green just will miss floors, miles and active minutes but did achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps today. Schedule was published earlier than normal so I can get into the gym all 5 days weather permitting of course. Monday-Thursday morning and Friday afternoon. Mindful moment for today: When it comes to meditation, every day is the first day. Each new moment, the first moment.
