51 Weeks, 4 days out

 All green on my Versa 2m achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today. Macros were near perfect today. Got in a great Arms/Shoulders and 30 min walk on the mats this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan after truck unload is Legs/Glutes and 30 min cardio. As of yet still haven't heard back from coach about the weekly check in I sent on Sunday evening. Thursday's workout plan after work is Chest/Shoulders and 30 min cardio and Friday's workout plan is either Back/Glutes or Legs/Glutes and 30 min cardio.
