52 Weeks, 4 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were better but could get more carbs and protein. Coach was happy with Macros this week but wants me to get at least walking if nothing else for cardio every day. Tomorrow's workout plan as long as my back isn't hurting is Chest/Shoulders/Tris and 30 min walk either on the treadmill or Jiu-Jitsu mats will decide once my workout is done. Thursday's workout will be Arms and 30 min cardio, and Friday's workout will be Legs/Glutes and 30 min cardio.
