Closed 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I was 5 calories over, P goal was 160 and I had 1 gram left, C goal was 116 and I was 5 gram over and F goal was 52 and I was 2 grams over. Great 45 min walk this morning, At Home Minimal Equipment Biceps/Triceps + Core Challenge: Retest this afternoon, 60 min walk after dinner and Pliability (mobility): Ankles + Hips before bed. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: 45 min walk in the morning, 60 min walk in the afternoon and Pliability (mobility): TBD before bed. I AM: I am able to get through anything and everything.
