Closed 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I was 24 calories over, P goal was 160 and I had 3 grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 3 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was 6 grams over. Great 30 min ride on Slim Cyle, Core Challenge: HIIT, 60 min walk and Pliability: Full Body Short. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. Training plan: 45 min walk before breakfast, At Home Minimal Equipment W2/D5: Biceps/Triceps + Core Challenge W2/D5: Core after breakfast, 60 min walk in the afternoon and Pliability: TBD before bed. I AM: I am always guided to what is best for me.
