Closed 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I was 16 calories over, P goal was 160 and I had 1 gram left, C goal was 116 and I had 7 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was 6 grams over. Great At Home Minimal Equipment EMOM + Core Challenge: HIIT + Pliability: Wrists + Shoulders and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: 45 min walk in the morning, At Home Minimal Equipment: Chest/Back + Core Challenge: Core at home after work as not sure what the gym parking lot is going to look like, 60 min walk after dinner and Pliability: TBD before bed. I AM: I allow myself to rest and start again tomorrow.
