Closed 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I was 11 calories over, P goal was 160 and I had 5 grams left, C goal was 116 and I was 3 grams over and F goal was 52 and I was 5 grams over. Great At Home Minimal Equipment: Legs/Shoulders + Core Challenge W2/D1: Core + Pliability: Total Package and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: At Home Minimal Equipment: EMOM + Core Challenge W2/D2: HIIT + Pliability: TBD and 60 min walk. I AM: I always acknowledge how far I have come.
