Closed 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I was 50 calories over, P goal was 160 and I was 14 grams over, C goal was 116 and I had 4 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was 2 grams over. Great 45 min walk this morning, 30 min slim cycle ride + Core Challenge: HIIT this afternoon, 60 min walk after dinner and Pliability: Total Body Short this evening. #DuesPaid Completes both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: 45 min walk in the morning, At Home Minimal Equipment: Biceps/Triceps + Core Challenge: Core after work, 60 min walk after dinner and Pliability: TBD before bed. I AM: I am motivated by pride for each good choice that I make.
