Closed 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I was 24 calories over, P goal was 160 and I had 3 grams left, C goal was 116 and I was 5 grams over and F goal was 52 and I was 2 grams over. Great 45 min walk, At Home Minimal Equipment Beat The Clock + Core Challenge: HIIT, 60 min walk and Pliability: Quads and Hams. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Gym clothes are set out for tomorrow morning and Shaker Bottle is packed for tomorrow. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: 45 min walk in the morning, At Home Minimal Equipment Legs & Shoulders + Core Challenge: Core in the gym after breakfast, 60 min walk after dinner, Team Workout on Zoom with a department from 1st Phorm HQ at 5PM and Pliability: TBD before bed.
