1 Yr, 4 Weeks out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today. Macros were great again today but need to get more protein and carbs while keeping fats at or around 40 grams. Still planning on getting into the gym all 5 days this week. Plan on sending my weekly check in to Coach as soon as dinner is over instead of waiting until later in the evening.
