1 Yr, 5 Weeks out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and had 18K steps for today. Macros were great yet again today. Coach should be happy with my progress yet again this week. Next weeks workouts are still in as planned.

 Closed all hearts on my Samsung Active 4 and have well over 12K steps. Calorie goal was 1645 and I had 49 calories left, P goal was 175 and I was 34 grams over, C goal was 90 and I was on target and F goal was 65 and I had 15 grams left. Great Day 60/305 mile a day and Active Recovery Day. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside the 1st Phorm app. Meds and Supplements are ready for the week and Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 61/305 mile a day in the morning. Tuesday 10/3/23

  Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 41 calories left, P goal was 160 and I had 4 grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 5 grams left and F goal was 52 and I had 1 gram left. Great Day 217/305 mile a day, Traditional Bodybuilding W1/D1: Chest/Arms + Core Challenge W1/D2: HIIT and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid   Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1 st Phorm app.   Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow morning. 9/12/18

All green and achieved my steps per hour goal today. Got in a great Legs/Chest and 15 min elliptical to warm up and 15 min stair master. Tomorrow's plan is Back/Triceps and 20 min incline treadmill walk. My new weight lifting belt is going to work great as I used it this morning. My trainer said as long as I was within 30 calories either over or under 1700 it's OK with her. My legs are still sore from Monday's workout and I did another leg day today. I'm in 2 workweek challenges on my fit bit and am leading one and in second on the other one. After I bought a perfect bun helper I decided to try a bun without it and used just a ponytail holder and scrunchie which work just as well. Might look at getting some small barrettes or use a headband to keep the loose hairs in check.
